General Shipping Policy
When you place an order with us you will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped including your tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Delivery Times
For orders within the EU our standard delivery times vary from 8-10 business days after shipment. Meanwhile, berlinger-haus.es usually delivers orders to addresses in France within 5 to 7 business days. Please note that orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
Shipping Locations
berlinger-haus.es offers shipping services to addresses within the EU. However, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
berlinger-haus.es is not responsible for any duties or taxes applied to your order. Any costs imposed during or after shipping including duties and taxes are the customer's responsibility. We recommend that you check with your local customs authorities for additional information.
Returns
Our returns policy includes a 14-day hassle-free return and exchange period. You may return any unused and undamaged items within 14 days of receipt provided that the packaging is complete and undamaged and the goods are in sellable condition. Please notify us by email at commandes@homeimpex.es before returning the products.
Upon receiving your return, we will credit the balance on your card or send you alternative products of your choice. For credit returns, the cost of return shipping is your responsibility. For exchanges, both the return and additional shipping costs are your responsibility.
If you have issues with damaged or defective products, please contact our team at commandes@homeimpex.es within 24 hours of receiving the products. Please include a description of the damage or defect along with photos or videos of the damaged product and packaging to expedite the resolution process.
